Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Praise the Lord everyone this morning. This is the Sunday before Christmas and I want to talk about gifts. I like how the KJV Dictionary defined gift. To summarize it up, a gift is a present; the property of which is voluntarily transferred by one person to another without compensation. Many people will be look for a gift or perhaps some gifts, but this morning I want us to focus on the true gift. The only thing we should be looking for in the middle of a pandemic is the one and true gift- JESUS. The question is will we really receive Him? Every chance we get we should reflect back on our most precious gift. The one who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born to the Virgin Mary, walked on the earth performing miracles, crucified on Calvary hill, resurrected from the dead and now residing in Heaven making intercession for you and me. Will you truly receive the gift this year? Will you truly share the best gift this year? Come let us adore the gift.
