2 Peter 1:19-21(MSG) - 19-21 We couldn’t be more sure of what we saw and heard—God’s glory, God’s voice. The prophetic Word was confirmed to us. You’ll do well to keep focusing on it. It’s the one light you have in a dark time as you wait for daybreak and the rising of the Morning Star in your hearts. The main thing to keep in mind here is that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of private opinion. And why? Because it’s not something concocted in the human heart. Prophecy resulted when the Holy Spirit prompted men and women to speak God’s Word.
Good morning everyone, do you know that Jesus us our bright and morning star? The prophetic word occurring at least 322 in the Old Testament regarding the birth of Jesus Christ and it is also a prophetic confirmation of the testimony of the written word. Apostle Peter confirms this for us and because of this we were able to receive his report and hold onto the prophecies from the birth of Christ to the preparing of his marvelous return. Through the prophetic assurance, Jesus can reside in our hearts and ignite us to continue to be a part of the prophetic promises. This Christmas season, let us share the sure word regarding the "Bright and Morning Star". Let us share the prophetic word, "For unto us a child is born". Let us share the proven word, "He is the Light of the World". Let of us share our supernatural revelations of God's prophetic written word manifested in our lives. Let us share the joy of Christmas, by telling about the perfect night light; the night light that dissipates all darkness.
Prayer: God we thank you for the prophetic word that was confirmed with the birth of Jesus, which allows us to continue to stand on your promises. We invite your son, Jesus Christ to be the Morning Star of our hearts that erases all the darkness.God we are so grateful for your sure word and may it be a light upon our feet and a light upon our path. In Jesus Name, Amen.
